Welcome to DriftLynx. By using our application, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use DriftLynx. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. DriftLynx charges a commission on advertising spend. Refunds for unspent campaign budgets are processed within 7-14 business days.
Note: Commission is only charged on actual ad spend, not on refunded amounts.
4. Content Policy
Users must comply with all applicable advertising policies of the platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Google, YouTube). Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal products or services
- Misleading or deceptive claims
- Adult or explicit content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
5. Limitation of Liability
DriftLynx provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding ad performance or results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DriftLynx in the preceding 12 months.
